Firstly, we work together to clarify your brief, ensuring that the approach to the work is going to get the results you want. We’ll agree objectives, outputs and impact of the work and then get a contract in place. I aim to have regular contact meetings with you (which may be in person or via Skype/phone) to ensure that you are happy with how things are progressing.

I work within your budget and always to deadline. Finally, I am clear with you about which elements of work I believe should be owned internally; having been on the other side of consultancy work, I understand the pros and cons of bringing in external support.
