Hello! I’m Beth Crackles, a charity consultant and trainer based in Yorkshire.

Primarily focusing on funding, strategy and planning, I work with large nationals and smaller regional charities alike, providing consultancy, training and interim support.
Income diversification has been at the core of each of my roles, consultancy and training. I have established and led fundraising teams, and set up new income streams in various charities.
I’m passionate about developing high performing, resilient fundraisers through training and access to brilliant people and resources. I led the curriculum development of the Fundraiser Apprenticeship on behalf of The JGA Group, trained over 300 people in 2020/21 via NCVO and sat on the Chartered Institute of Fundraising’s National Convention Committee in 2020 and 2021.
The enormous contribution that the voluntary sector makes to social and environmental justice is what drives me. Whether you’re seeking to protect the environment or are fighting for a better deal for those at a disadvantage, a clear organisational strategy and sustainable funding are essential for your success.
Bringing a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience advising at a senior strategic level, my work cuts through the noise and helps you to operate more efficiently, ultimately improving outcomes for users.
Take a look around to see how we might be able to work together.
Beth
P.S. I also hosted Cracking Charity Chat podcast. I stopped recording it in 2021 but the guests and content were ace – and still relevant – so have a listen!
